I've been using Vitals+ for a while now and I love having all my health services in one app. I wear an Oura Ring and use Apple Health, and it's so nice to see everything — sleep, HRV, readiness, activity — on one clean dashboard instead of bouncing between apps. The data is accurate, the interface is friendly and easy to navigate, and I actually look forward to checking it each morning. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a simple way to stay on top of their health!
