VitalsChart allows you to make charts from your health data. You can set the number of days to chart and add events to be displayed on the chart.
VitalsChart also allows a widget to be added to the iPhone or iPad home screen, displaying the charts, one at a time. The widget will update the charts daily with your current health data.
