Processing payment for more than 24 hours without valid points or update
This platform is getting worse everyday , the customer service hardly responds to customers and they delayed payments for more than 24 hours without considering the customers end

I am pleased with this app, the customer service is prompt and honest. Yes there maybe some improvements to be done in making the app for user friendly, But I will say I will definitely refer my friends. Thanks Vital swap for making transfers easy.
Best platform for virtual card and good rates
I recently used vitalswap, it was recommended by my friend Tola. I initially was like it will be like every other platform but I must say I was wrong. The app was easy to navigate with proper breakdown on how to use the app. Their customer service is 100 percent. This has to be the best experience I have had in a while, I had a problem with my transaction and they reassured me it would be sorted, and was constantly reaching out to ensure it got resolved. I am so pleased with their services. Please keep up the good work.
