Processing payment for more than 24 hours without valid points or update
This platform is getting worse everyday , the customer service hardly responds to customers and they delayed payments for more than 24 hours without considering the customers end

Best platform for virtual card and good rates
I recently used vitalswap, it was recommended by my friend Tola. I initially was like it will be like every other platform but I must say I was wrong. The app was easy to navigate with proper breakdown on how to use the app. Their customer service is 100 percent. This has to be the best experience I have had in a while, I had a problem with my transaction and they reassured me it would be sorted, and was constantly reaching out to ensure it got resolved. Best app so far for money swap
I have been looking for an app that would allow me to exchange my currency at a cheaper rate and would allow me to send money overseas at a fast rate without charging too much. I used this app and it was amazing. It is simple and easy to use and the most amazing thing is that I can set the rate at which I want to buy or sell my currency.
