About

VitaMatrix reads the recovery signals already in Apple Health — the ones your iPhone and Apple Watch record — and turns them into a supplement plan that changes when your body does. HOW IT WORKS Answer a short assessment about your goals, conditions, sensitivities and current medications. VitaMatrix builds a plan from it, then keeps reading your Apple Health data — heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, activity and body measurements — to compute a daily recovery score. When your recovery shifts, your plan adapts. Sleep and heart-rate variability need a wearable that records them overnight. An iPhone alone still tracks activity and body measurements, and your plan still works. EVERY RECOMMENDATION IS GRADED Supplements are not equally supported by research, and VitaMatrix refuses to pretend otherwise. Each recommendation carries an evidence grade — strong, emerging or preliminary — with the citations behind it. You can see exactly how much confidence to place in each one. Those exclusions are shown to you with the reason, rather than quietly omitted. Knowing what was rejected, and why, is part of the answer — but it is a first pass, not a substitute for your pharmacist's review. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
