First Week
I just completed my first week of training and so far so good. I thought at first the routine would not be very challenging, however why am I breathing so hard. I’m looking forward to my first month. 😎
Awesome Program!
Currently, I’m doing the chair workout and I have been impressed with my results thus far. I was skeptical at first, but the chair tai chi is literally seven minutes a day unless you choose to do a second set which I have done a couple times it’s a great program. I am thankful I found it. Keep up the good work.
