Great way to support my local restaurants
I have been using this app to order takeout from my local restaurants for the past two weeks and it’s been great. No problems and fast delivery. I was looking at the bad reviews wondering why, and they all seem to be from a while ago. The app has definitely improved.

If you want a magical experience with a vending machine, this is the app for it. Products drop w/out touching the machine! Even better, I can use the same app at the Market we have in the office for self checkout of snacks and lunch. Easy to use

Good but didn’t work for the restaurant
Nice app but the restaurant didn’t get my order. Got it all cleared up but it kind of defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
Order fail
There’s only one place near me that uses this app. Ordered lunch using the app but they didn’t check the order so it was useless. Would have been better to call. Not a fault of the app software per se but the service overall doesn’t add value.

Payment
Have been trying to use the app to pay for snacks at my work. Have not figured out how to use it. Even using instructions on here none of it shows up in my app.

The Vīv app is super cool!! Its super convenient and lets you order food from local restaurants so it’s ready to be picked up when you get there... it’s also far more reliable than similar apps out there... I highly recommend trying it out!
Fails when Bluetooth is disabled

Saved my empty stomach
Blesssss this app!! I work nights at a hospital and I always seems to forget my card AND my lunch plus the cafeteria isn’t open on my shift. This app saved my butt tonight at work 🙌🏼
Honestly Missing the Point
Any 5 star review seriously looks like a paid review or someone from the Vīv company. “Life is good with vīv.” No one says that? Tried it for the first time and almost considered not making the purchase because of the time it took to set up, install, and make a profile for. The app looks pixelated and like a beta. The purpose of the company sill confuses me. All i see is the removal of the cash slot which turned a 30 second transaction into a 3 minute ordeal. Even processing the payment wasn’t as fast as I hoped.

Very useful and convenient
Seems to still have a few bugs but have not had an issue with saving profile, ordering, or paying.
