Errors
Lately I’m always logged off by the app AUTOMATICALLY. Even after logging in, I now always have trouble. The app is the problem between using POINTS, placing orders and PAYING for online orders.
Fix your app!!!!
Been having this issue forever, it works 20% of the time but usually it says “error evaluating basket” and doesn’t tell you why but won’t let you order anything and it’s the most frustrating thing.
Garbage
Won't validate basket online or through app. This company has been terrible for a couple years now.
Buggy
Just crashes when I try to place an online order. Not like I have a weird device it’s a standard iPhone 16. I guess they don’t like to beta test their software and don’t care about their customers. High schools kids can write better apps.
ALL MY POINTS DISAPPEARED!
I used to love this app. Easy to log points and redeem points. All of a sudden I can’t access anything. All my posts disappeared which were worth over $50. Have contacted Baker’s a few times and no response. The app is completely haywire now. Baker’s drive throughs used to have the best customer service with the politest employees and it’s terrible now. Always messing up orders, rude and incompetent employees that couldn’t care less. Such a shame.
