Not So Cheesy
Great and fast service. The burritos were perfect, but, when we took our food out at home, the grilled cheese hardly had any cheese in it.
Has anyone else noticed?
Has anyone else noticed the tacos don’t taste the same? The tacos taste like they changed the type of beef or something. Whatever it is, it’s a downgrade. Also, the tacos on “Taco Tuesday” are not nearly as full as they usually are the rest of the week.
App doesn’t work
Every time I try to log in it says there is an error. The app needs updating.
Errors
Lately I’m always logged off by the app AUTOMATICALLY. Even after logging in, I now always have trouble. The app is the problem between using POINTS, placing orders and PAYING for online orders.
Fix your app!!!!
Been having this issue forever, it works 20% of the time but usually it says “error evaluating basket” and doesn’t tell you why but won’t let you order anything and it’s the most frustrating thing.

Won't validate basket online or through app. This company has been terrible for a couple years now.
Buggy
Just crashes when I try to place an online order. Not like I have a weird device it’s a standard iPhone 16. I guess they don’t like to beta test their software and don’t care about their customers. High schools kids can write better apps.
ALL MY POINTS DISAPPEARED!
I used to love this app. Easy to log points and redeem points. All of a sudden I can’t access anything. All my posts disappeared which were worth over $50. Have contacted Baker’s a few times and no response. The app is completely haywire now. Baker’s drive throughs used to have the best customer service with the politest employees and it’s terrible now. Always messing up orders, rude and incompetent employees that couldn’t care less. Such a shame.

Cannot order through the app
For the last couple months I have not been able to place my order “error validating basket”

If you select the two crispy tacos, you’ll receive an error “error validating cart,” the only way to fix this is to remove the item from the cart or upgrade it to a meal.
Error Validating Basket
When i have “2 original tacos” in my basket it gives me an error stating “Error Validating Basket”. idk if its just the Calimesa location, but it happens every time i try to order 2 tacos. It doesn’t give an error if its a 2 taco combo though.

Super buggy when you try to click the triple baker combo meal. Just goes black screen. I think they should implement their actual menu and not just individual items. I dont see the papa twin meal on the app!!

It works, barely
Old coupons that won’t go away, my local Bakers scanner doesn’t work, and the staff don’t really know how it works. Then the ink is too poor to scan with a phone. You guys need to hire some app developer.
Needs an update
I have the same ad 5 times, they all expired on 3/27, today is 5/9, and there is no way to get rid of them. Not to mention most of the time the people don’t know how to scan, and the receipts don’t have good enough ink to scan.
