Badly Designed App
When ordering pick up for food, optional options aren’t optional. Choose your bread makes it difficult to select pancakes without toppings. Norms is missed out on my money like 5 times because they can’t design an app.
App doesn’t work
Every time I want to redeem points it doesn’t work.

When you redeem a reward, there is a timer to use that redemption as well as prevents you from using more than one redemption. While the timer runs, it does not let you add redeemed rewards to delivery order. I earned these points and rewards, why won’t you let me use it??

Louis was great very attentive and so was Zyiarrah the food was prepared correctly and served fast, nice and hot. This was our first time here and it's very nice friendly and clean.
