I come to King Taco Monday-Sunday for lunch and dinner.
The apps needs to be able to display the ticket number in the “My Activity” section. I’m tired of screenshots or having to open my email app. Also, this apps feels like a 15yr old made it.

Worst app
1 star. I used my rewards and couldn’t get my free meal. Waste of time and useless app.
Lifetime fan of the King, disappointed lately
The app can be much better. Functionality is limited and cumbersome. Hard to redeem rewards. Yes, those rewards that they just devalued.
King Taco is trying hard to push their most loyal customers away. And they will succeed. The lines are moving faster and I see less people in the dining rooms.

Hated my experience
I love King Taco and have been going to their restaurant for many years and so has my family but this app is something else. It is so difficult to order food and whenever I try to switch my tab to see the order on another app it says something along the lines of "Order cancelled due to inactivity" when I simply switched the tab for 20 seconds. It deleted my whole order and even the card and address information, I find that unnecessary. Another reason why I don't like the app is because it essentially not listed anywhere. It seems really sketchy not only because of that but because of its app format. As I stated prior, I love the restaurant and have never had my own bad experience there but the app is a whole different experience. Too buggy
I’m tried to do in app order and for some reason my card was declined I don’t know why is a mystery that I will never figure out I just went straight to the restaurant and ordered with no problem
