I come to King Taco Monday-Sunday for lunch and dinner.
The apps needs to be able to display the ticket number in the “My Activity” section. I’m tired of screenshots or having to open my email app. Also, this apps feels like a 15yr old made it.

Worst app
1 star. I used my rewards and couldn’t get my free meal. Waste of time and useless app.
Lifetime fan of the King, disappointed lately
The app can be much better. Functionality is limited and cumbersome. Hard to redeem rewards. Yes, those rewards that they just devalued.
King Taco is trying hard to push their most loyal customers away. And they will succeed. The lines are moving faster and I see less people in the dining rooms.

Hated my experience
I love King Taco and have been going to their restaurant for many years and so has my family but this app is something else. It is so difficult to order food and whenever I try to switch my tab to see the order on another app it says something along the lines of "Order cancelled due to inactivity" when I simply switched the tab for 20 seconds. It deleted my whole order and even the card and address information, I find that unnecessary. Another reason why I don't like the app is because it essentially not listed anywhere. It seems really sketchy not only because of that but because of its app format. As I stated prior, I love the restaurant and have never had my own bad experience there but the app is a whole different experience. Too buggy
I’m tried to do in app order and for some reason my card was declined I don’t know why is a mystery that I will never figure out I just went straight to the restaurant and ordered with no problem
POS APP
I’m sorry I love king taco but this app is ridículo when it comes to redeeming your points for rewards. I had well over 5k points and today I am still in the process of ordering bc I’m trying to find out where my points went after redeeming a side of beans. I only have 1950 points now and I haven’t even placed my order. I would like to be able to see my rewards transactions this app is just cheating us out of our rewards like that. I will be speaking to someone inside about this. If they can’t resolve this issue then honestly don’t use the app or website for rewards it doesn’t look like we can track when and for what we used our points for and for that reason they probably won’t refund the points back. Hire someone to fix YOUR APP

Terrible app
Can’t schedule for a future time. Seems like the option is there but you can’t select to change it. Not connected to Apple Pay for easier payment.

I would give it zero stars if i could. Horrible service if you order online. They prioritize uber eats orders before yours. I recommend just waiting the line(s) if you can.
Unable to actually use rewards
I selected a reward to redeem and anytime I try to add it to my cart it says “ conditions unmet” what conditions are we talking about???
Bad app
I redeemed my points for an item, I was then told that they couldn’t give me that item because I did not have enough points to redeem. I had well over 10k points and had used 4500 on an item and was going to use another 4500. This app needs a lot of work done as other apps make it a lot easier to use points and make purchases. Bad customer service as the lady that was helping was being rude and was saying I was wrong. Also, there’s no way to dispute this over the app or get any customer support on helping with this problem

I just don’t like it how you guys do not have no selections of like for little kids being their cheese burrito and then I just and I just don’t like when you guys have only the food all separate. And it’s not OK.
Great App
App works great. I was able to get my points and actually redeem them to get my free tacos. I’ve done a lot of online orders and my orders have always been ready when i get there.

Please fix the app it hasn’t worked for me in about 3 weeks. It keep getting stuck on “Loading” after I choose a location to place an order
Purpose?
I’m confused how you can accrue points. In-store? Online orders crash. What’s the purpose of this app?
No prices on app
I’ve downloaded multiple times just to remove it because it doesn’t have mobile ordering or prices even listed I could’ve just google what kind of food the have I don’t need the app for that so once again I’m deleting it 😕🤦♀️
