Fickle, doesn’t work

Sometimes using a debit card will work, gift card is always unavailable online for some reason???? It sucks cuz I can’t collect stamps since I’m always forced to use a third party app

FAQ

What can I do with the It's Boba Time app?

The app allows you to order your favorite bubble tea for either pickup or delivery. You can also earn rewards with every purchase, as your stamp rewards have been digitalized. Additionally, you can link your gift card to check its balance, add money, and use it for payment.

How do I earn rewards?

Rewards are earned digitally through the app. With every purchase you make, you will start accumulating stamps that can be redeemed for free drinks. This replaces the old physical stamp card system.

Can I use my gift card with the app?

Yes, you can link your gift card to the app. This allows you to easily check your current card balance, add funds to it, and use it as a payment method when placing orders through the app.

Is the app available everywhere?

At this time, the app's services, including ordering and rewards, are only available at participating store locations. It is recommended to check if your local It's Boba Time is part of the program.

How much does the app cost?

The app is free to download and use. There are no upfront costs associated with the application itself. Monetization comes from purchases made through the app.
