App needs more payments options
The app for the most part is great exceptfor the check-out process. Everytime I attempt to add a credit card to make a it gives me an error after filling out the ridiculously long form. This app needs an Apple pay feature.
great store, finicky app
love this shop so much, but you can’t use the app without an account. initially, i signed up for rewards in store with my phone number only and have been doing fine with that (in store). and when i tried ordering in the app, it said i need to login or create an account. i tried using “continue with Apple” and “continue with google” and it keeps navigating me to the “create an account” page (as nothing came up when using my email via Apple/google). i put in my information, and of course it says there’s already an account associated with my phone number. even though i know i’ve never set up an email and password for this establishment, i try all my emails and passwords i know just to see if there was any chance i had - nothing. i try “forget password” with every email i have - never received a password update link. all of this is of course bc i never created an account with an email and password! but i only have one cell phone number so i cant try using another to create the account. so yeah this is a paradoxical error loop that they should fix.

It’s Great!
Boba Time has a tremendous selection of drinks to choose from. I especially like their cookies and cream shake that is especially delicious and sweet with Oreo cookies blended into the drink. You can ask for boba on all the drinks as well. Most of the best drinks are very sweet but you can also adjust the sweetness level if you prefer since there is so much customization at Boba time. You can add whipped cream as well as more Oreo chips or hazelnut syrup or whatever you want in your order. This is why this restaurant is so great! They even have rewards!

The app is easy to use only the fonts are too small and cramped up to each other. All the drinks are look delicious. I will definitely try more
