Badly Designed App
When ordering pick up for food, optional options aren’t optional. Choose your bread makes it difficult to select pancakes without toppings. Norms is missed out on my money like 5 times because they can’t design an app.
App doesn’t work
Every time I want to redeem points it doesn’t work.

When you redeem a reward, there is a timer to use that redemption as well as prevents you from using more than one redemption. While the timer runs, it does not let you add redeemed rewards to delivery order. I earned these points and rewards, why won’t you let me use it??

Louis was great very attentive and so was Zyiarrah the food was prepared correctly and served fast, nice and hot. This was our first time here and it's very nice friendly and clean.

We had excellent customer service and food. The hostess was very friendly a young man. The waitress was awesome - Monica. The food was amazing. We really enjoy coming here.

24/7 turkeys dinner
They are skimpy on the turkey serving size it’s not like the picture in the advertisement. The food was delicious and service was great.

I was standing in line. They only had one man at the counter after he seated the man that was in front of me. He came back and he began to help the man that was behind me instead of helping me I told him I’m here to pick up my order I was here before him and he continue to go and see him and then come back to me and then tell me here that’s not my problem. I was here before him should help me he was behind me in front of me and he was a manager. It looks like I got there around 11:20 pm July 06,2024 my him being a manager he know he did wrong. I was in line before the man behind me so I should’ve been held first.

Passed by Norms in Ontario earlier this week and planned on going back soon. Stopped by today. The food was absolutely amazing. Fresh, hot, goooood. Just like it used to be years ago.

Best waitress ever!!!
Sirinart is the best waitress I have ever had at any restaurant I have been to! She should be given 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 for taking such wonderful care of her customers! I just found out she is only here Monday & Tuesday. I wish she was here every day but I will be sure to come on the days she is working!! She never stops is checking on her customers as well as refilling stations with supplies that customers do not normally see! A fantastic, friendly, fast worker & very nice! Thank you for having her! I wish you woukd have more like her on the days she is not here!!!
