Needs more options
There needs to be an option added into the app when ordering to be able to have your chicken well done. This is an option over the phone but on in app

My first time using app and it was so so easy! Food amazing every time! Tacu bowl + chicken is lunch and dinner!
Wrong Order
Asked for french fries and got cilantro rice. Not the first time! Not happy finding out it about it as I reach the house. Curbside at Mills location failed me once again 😞

Great food, bad app
Please fix your app. I forgot my password and was never sent a reset email despite multiple requests.
It’s way faster just to walk in
Ordered the food on the app, I live 20 mins away from the nearest location. I drove over there, sat down for 10 mins and got a text message saying it’s almost done. After 5 mins I walked up to the counter and they said it’s right here and handed it to me. I thought it would be on the To go rack near the door but I guess they just wait for you to ask for it. Just walk in and order it’s way faster for some unexplainable reason.

Fabulous food!
I love Viva Chicken. I can’t cook it as well at home, and I’m a good cook. I have never had trouble with the app in all the years I’ve been coming here. When I tap Order, the first thing that pops up is the list of locations.
The dining room tends to be chilly so I know to wear a sweater. I’ve learned the names of the staff and every one of them has been friendly and helpful. It’s my favorite place.

The points are awful
There’s is no way to apply your points to your order. I tried and lost 2000 points!
Terrible App
They used to have an app that worked. They then decided to overhaul the whole thing and make it borderline useless. Anti-customer every step of the way.
Love Viva, Hate the App
The app is very clunky and not well done. Hard to navigate, impossible to redeem rewards.
Delicious & healthy
My kids and I live eating at viva and ordering through the app makes a meal from viva fast and convenient!

Best chicken EVER
This is hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had in my entire life! I love all the sauces, especially the huacatay green sauce. I make a point of coming here at least once a week. It’s worth the 30 minute drive. Yes. That good.
Worst food app
Worst app i ever had to work through! Do you even test your own app!? Try adding peruvian fried rice as side 1 and then add corn salad. Ridiculous.
The App
We always drop by Viva Chicken when we visit Utah. We love the Food. The app makes its so much easier and faster to order and got freebies too 😀

Great food great service but the app is very complicated and every time I order for some reason I don’t get what I thought I was getting and it’s my fault but the app is too complicated and it would be great if it was upgraded in simplified, especially for older folk. I hope you don’t mind my input, but I think it will help your business.

Incomplete order
Today my order was incomplete and was charged the same amount. Was not notified of missing item.
The Chicken Soup
Everything is good except that the Huntersville, NC location has reduced the amount of chicken in the soup. It feels like they are trying to cut costs. I have no issue but then Viva Chicken needs to reduce their prices. This is one critical feedback I would like to provide.

I order around once a month and every time there is some kind of error code that pops up. I’ve given up using the app and just place my order at the store.
Missing mobile app order
Today my husband went to pickup our mobile app non order. Ordered at 5:48pm said ready for pickup at 6:03. He goes in to get and doesn’t see it so goes sit in curbside to wait for it after text saying almost ready. Called store and sat on hold. Finally someone answers and says bring it right out. No one comes out after almost 30 mins of waiting. Go back in to ask about order. No one even was checking on it but apparently someone else swiped it and now it has to be remade!!!! Terrible service and maybe you shouldn’t leave app orders at the door to grab!!
