Fail.

Brand new out of the box, fully charged the unit. Downloaded the app and hoping to test it. The hearing aid won’t pair at all. Unable to discover the device with any Apple products. Sad….checked other Bluetooth devices, still no go. Was the unit even tested before being packaged for sale? What a waste of time and money!
