I’m so sad

I was watching Dating Alys Perez but after episode 3, the whole thing shut down, I paid the subscription but still, I live in North America and it said “We're sorry! Viva One is not available in your country.” I don’t understand what happened and I just wanted to watch my show, I still really love the app though.
