I have tried to update another app and it's making me put my card in. But it says "billing problem" from this app. It keeps charging my card!! I need help with unsubscribing. It doesn't let me. I already deleted the app and it's still charging my card. Please help

It is a good platform having a lot of dramas but we have to pay a lot for watching and most of the time the payment is taken but then also it shows to make a subscription
