It is a good platform having a lot of dramas but we have to pay a lot for watching and most of the time the payment is taken but then also it shows to make a subscription

I don’t know how or what to do anymore, I can’t unsubscribe. Its always auto pay with linked by my gcash, like as in every month they deduct 99 pesos. I don’t even use the app anymore and I can’t unsubscribe it, I don’t know what happens and i don’t know how to do stop it. I already did my best, I research how to unsubscribe or what but still I don’t know what should I do.

Please take an action of this. It’s giving me headache, it has always automatically deduct from my gcash account. IT’S BEEN MONTHSSSSSS SINCE THEY AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCT.
