The most useless application that I have ever seen in my life. It takes 20 min to install this application while being a the counter desk of VIVA. OTP service doesn’t work properly.

App does not work
While logging in it sends a OTP for verification. Then an error occurs. No one answers the help line. No option to sign in without an OTP. Very frustrating.
Change OTP to Whatsapp, give options!
I would like to suggest an improvement to your app that could significantly enhance the customer experience. It would be very helpful if OTPs could be sent via WhatsApp, as this is often faster and more reliable for many users.
Additionally, enabling direct communication between customers and delivery personnel within the app similar to what platforms like Talabat others offer, would greatly improve convenience, transparency, and overall satisfaction.
These features have become standard across many service apps, and adopting them would strengthen Viva’s service quality and user experience.

I found and observed this issue so many times in your Alain branch as your butcher Egyptian always outside and smoking and there are no co operative staff so I found your customer service almost 0 kindly focus in this and put a check n balance on your staff try to change the cashier place also it’s very important put a machine or review about your staff as well

Doesn’t work
I used to live in the UAE, but now I live in Oman and the app has my old number and I can’t seem to delete it. I want to register the app in Oman but it doesn’t allow me.

There seems to be a big fraud with customers , every month they give coupons but they are never applied on actual bills.

Dubai Silicon Valley website The employee does not respond to the customer and does not provide the appropriate cold. Also the place is not tidy and not every price is in its place. The cleanliness is not good. Also the application does not work. I tried and deleted it and downloaded it again and it did not work. I do not advise anyone to go to them. The quality standards are not there.
