Email Notifications — Clearer Setup Email notification settings now use clearer descriptions for quiz assignment reminders, certificate emails, and the scheduled SOP Compliance Report. Certificate CC recipients can be chosen from a Select Staff Members list, and the compliance report toggle is labeled Send Scheduled SOP Compliance Report so each option is easier to understand. SOP Compliance Report — Review Status in Email The scheduled compliance report email now includes an SOP Review Schedule Status summary with a short explanation of what each count means (Overdue, Due in 30 Days, Up to Date, Not Configured). The list of SOPs without a review schedule is formatted for reliable display in desktop and mobile email clients. Export Quiz Questions — Send Confirmation When you email quiz questions to yourself from Settings, the app now shows an on-screen confirmation with the recipient address so you know the export was queued successfully. Quiz Assignment Reminders Due date reminder emails use updated wording and formatting. Settings explain that assignment emails are sent from Edit Assignments using Notify, after staff are selected. Bug Fixes & Improvements Improved layout of SOP names in compliance report emails on desktop Gmail. General stability improvements across email settings, quiz exports, and organization settings.
