For the money spent very boring

Unable to update firmware. Pressing forward update button does nothing.

The app literally crashes repeatedly on start when you set certain settings related to the number of LEDs. This is unbelievable. This is such a simple thing to fix, guys. Please correct it so that I can use the $500 system that I purchased from you...

Terrible for the price
Expensive lights and the only way to turn them on is through the app which doesn’t work 90% of the time. If you’re deciding between these and the 5 dollar strips from Walmart, buy the 5 dollar ones.

Needs more control
I was shocked upon using the app to find it lacked the ability to fine tune many of the features. No ability to target the frequency response of each band. No global presets. No ability to save global presets and change between them. No ability to control from a laptop easily. No word from the developer if they are even going to work on it. I feel I could create the same effect from my mixer output to 3 cheap led dongles and the RF remotes that control them.

It’s only a ‘good start’ if you keep working on it.
As of December 2018 the last software update (the thing that makes this better than a $15 music reactive dongle on Amazon) was over 11 months ago. These guys have checked out. If you’re researching to buy this hardware. Don’t. Someone will come along later that will do it right and follow through.

Love the lights but the app crashes 50% of the time...
A good start for controlling the ViVi
I’ve only been playing with this for a few days, and it works well for controlling their ViVi device, but I’m hoping a future iteration will allow you to save presets/favorites for later recall. A good start from this team!
