App Crash on iPhone 17

I upgraded my phone to iPhone 17 running the latest OS 26.0.1 and the application is crashing once logging in.

Doesn’t work!

Just installed two in my new struxure pergola and they said they do not provide an actual remote controller other than your phone!! The apps says they are on but not working. No other controls are provided according to installer. Makes no sense!!!
