MoreThe FloLogic system is a smart leak control system designed to protect your property from water damage. It continuously monitors your plumbing for potential leaks, from small pinhole leaks to high-volume bursts, and automatically shuts off the water supply to prevent catastrophic damage.
The FloLogic app provides users with direct access to their system's controls, allowing them to monitor for leaks in real-time. It also sends alerts for potential issues, such as low temperatures that could lead to frozen pipes, and enables users to change system settings remotely.
The FloLogic system's core features are free to use. While the app itself is free, there may be optional premium features in the future that could require a subscription. The system hardware itself is a purchase.
FloLogic is suitable for both homes and businesses. Its commercial-grade valve body construction is rated for indoor and outdoor installations, and it offers various valve sizes (1”, 1.5”, and 2”) to accommodate different plumbing setups.
FloLogic includes low-temperature alerts and an automatic shutoff feature to prevent damage from frozen pipes. If the system detects temperatures that could lead to freezing, it can automatically shut off the water supply, thus preventing burst pipes.
