I recently upgraded to the iPhone 17 and on the latest version of iOS 26. The app crashes every time I try to log in. Seems like other users are experiencing this issue. Please update as I cannot turn on my heaters..

App Crash on iPhone 17
I upgraded my phone to iPhone 17 running the latest OS 26.0.1 and the application is crashing once logging in.
Doesn’t work!
Just installed two in my new struxure pergola and they said they do not provide an actual remote controller other than your phone!! The apps says they are on but not working. No other controls are provided according to installer. Makes no sense!!!
Basic but disjointed
Set up went well but then there is no option to change security settings after the fact (that I could find). So no way to change your passcode or disable/enable Face ID.
Worst app ever
Worst app ever. Works every 3 days, makes it impossible to use heaters on the days it does not work. Regret getting Bromic heaters because this app is so horrible and never works when we need it to/little to no customer support
