This is very cool !

It works good, there is some bugs but it will probably be fixed in future versions and it’s very functional actually. Sometime the notes keep playing when changing screen and go back to vividshaper

Feature request :
- more drums in factory patch drumkit (only 3 drums actually and the first one is sometimes inaudible and they are at low keys (octave -1))
- show the patch name also outside of lua editor, not only inside so if you are down in the code you could see quickly in witch patch you are.
- buttons for undo/redo after lua modifications
- ask for saving when changing a patch if there is unsaved modifications
- I know people already asked this but : share patch with community ? Does the patches from mac os can be shared with ipad too? I don’t have a mac so I use it only on ipad
- export a note to volca sample (joking, but yea that would be awesome lol)

Funktioniert und klingt gut.
Es ist interessant, mal mittels Programmiersprache Synthesizer-Sounds herzustellen.

Enjoying learning so far

I’m really enjoying this . I’m able to learn some from the presets. The presets included are great and show how deep the sound design is capable of being .Looking forward to if you add more presets since that will be more to learn from.

This is a world class sound design programming environment.

I love learning Lua by creating synth presets for VividShaper. The sounds are rich and the possibilities are endless. Hopefully lot’s of users share their code “Presets” on the community Discord Server.

Don’t be intimidated by the coding… the provided presets are very good and there’s more on Discord to come.

Response from developer

Thanks for this review. I aim to make it possible to share patches more easily from within VividShaper. It will be great fun to see what we can all create!
