Trash

I wish I would have read reviews before I wasted $10. This doesnโ€™t work at all.

Nicky

I was so excited to use this fitness tracker but then when it was all ready to be connected I waited for hours and it did not really work

Useless

Wonโ€™t connect.

Does not count steps

Keeps saying 0 steps no matter what. Poor quality crap sold for $40

Doesnโ€™t sync to phone

This app is horrible

Does not connect

I have been trying to connect for hours. I tried it on took some steps and it would not show, after probably 20 steps it showed as if I took three. The app kept saying waiting for device to connect, but it just wouldnโ€™t. If I could give a half star, I would. The only thing on the watch that actually works is the time, although you have to set it yourself. If you are planning to connect device good luck. Return the watch!!! This surely is one of the worst products that I have received!!!! I am very unsatisfied.

Vivitar Activity tracker

Watch cost me $18. Does just fine.. F... the Apple Watch ๐Ÿ‘Œ. LOL

Can't connect

I was so excited to use this because of all the great fetures but the problem is I've been trying to connect this thing for hours and it just won't work very disappointed ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

Doesnโ€™t work on iPhone X

This app is not compatible with iPhone X.. I tried an older iPhone and it worked, big issue to solve here

Will not sync!

I wish this app work better. The support is terrible. Vivitar can be a much bigger player in the multi-million dollar fitness tracker game if they actually stayed on top of apps like this. Please push an update!

Okay

Vary sad not much you can do

POS

It WILL NOT SYNC! I guess you do get what you pay for. I thought it was because I was rushing & not being patient for it to sync with my IPhone 6. After updating my phone, unloading & reloading the app as instructed if it wonโ€™t connect(3 times), still NOTHING! Wish I had seen the reviews BEFORE the purchase. Hopefully I can find all my parts as itโ€™s going back to the pits of hell from which it came. UGH!!

Not able to connect

Bought one for my daughter, but in the app, it kept searching for Bluetooth devices and cannot find the device. Itโ€™s pretty frustrating!

Doesn't Work

Got the fitness band for Christmas and It doesn't sync with the app. I called the support number and was told that it doesn't work and to wait 24 hours for the bug fix. 36 hours later it still doesn't work and the version of the app hasn't changed. Terrible product.

No connection

I cannot get the Vivitar to connect to Bluetooth. Very frustrating.

TYL 5301

TYL-5301

oh some way you set the time ????

Initial setup a pain and works sometimes if opened daily.

The device was $15 for a Black Friday special. I like the screen and the animations it has for text, phone, and even Facebook notifications. It was frustrating, however, trying to set this up with my iPhone 6 because it required a firmware update on the unit from the get go. It took me at least 12 times to get it to finally update the firmware. Not sure who to blame: Vivitar or Apple (There was no problem for my friend setting it up his on his HTC phone). I'm sure a lot of these got returned because of that. Okay app but not sure yet of the accuracy. I refuse to give more stars due to the initial pain of setting it up.

11/28/16 Needs to add support with Apple's Health app. Otherwise it would get more stars.

12/11/16 Updated review: I have lowered from 3 stars to 2 stars for the sole reason that if you don't open the app at least once a day, it does not synchronize with your phone. That's pretty stupid in my opinion. Should be a setting to set an auto-sync at a specific time if it is a battery issue.

Sleep tracking is off, as well. I set it to sleep at 11pm and it always starts tracking at Midnight. It did not do this initially.

Sigh. Down to 1 star for this unsatisfactory product. I can't get this thing to send me notifications anymore. Tried to unpair and pair several times. Tried forgetting the device and pairing again but to no avail. Randomly loses my steps and restarts. Really poor software.

Most recent update has brought back notifications pushed to the device. Yay! Now it is back up a couple stars.

Poor Quality

Where do I start? I've had so many issues with this tracker. It doesn't always sync my steps even though it says it's synced. Sometimes it will just shut completely off altogether. It will go into sleep mode at random times. It doesn't always tell when I'm getting a text or call.

Doesn't notify me

Won't let me know when I have a call or text. I reset it all the time. It chooses when it wants to work. Very poor quality. I love the watch but the main thing I got it for was to see messages when I can't use my phone. And it doesn't do that more than half the time. I disconnect and reconnect. It says it's connected but still no notifications.
