App failure
App cloud failure today for all users. App locked up on me and won’t let me in to control anything. No customer service to help. No email sent to us to notify users of the outage. Just silence from the company.
Its cool
Love the set up but bought the fans had two with metal cage style and they broke not even two weeks started getting stuck when oscillating was leading to wind burn on my plants all I would need to do is push the thing down to get it oscillating again but also the grip to the pole situation is trash but I have since gotten the e6 and e9 model and so far so good.

Been using this for almost 3 years and it’s been great and they’ve added humidifiers and irrigation to the devices. One thing I wish they would add is a camera so I can look in on my setup when I’m not home. Thanks for the great products guys!
Won’t connect
The grow hub used to control the system will not connect to any wifi network, I have tried 4 different networks! Very frustrating and annoying experience!!!!!!
Update ruined
Last update completely bricked my h19! Was working fine,updated,now the screen won’t even come on nor pick up on the app

VIVOSUN camera
The camera won’t connect and I factory reset it multiple times everything else works but the camera is say it was logged into a different device and say remove it from that account but I just bought it
Doesn’t start on auto
I have no recipe and when I change the humidity to go to auto it still says off
