Deceptive advertising
If I could give a minus star I would. Do not waste your money. I got it to monitor my blood pressure… it gives a reading… but not close to accurate. To use its services you have to provide a credit card info… Nowhere on the ad did it mention that. I’d be happier just burning a $50 bill vs buying this device… live n learn… Save your money… I sure wish I would have read the reviews first

They advertise this watch that it can determine your Blood Sugar. FALSE- FAKE NEWS. It can only provide Body Temperature, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate and Oxygen Saturation. Sellers should stop fooling the consumers. Some regulatory body should stop this company from selling this product

Good luck finding a manual or getting someone to help you with this watch no Customer Service makes the product worthless!!

Readings are so inaccurate they’re no good as a general baseline. Can’t even read heart rate near to actual! Save your money! Stick to your finger and a wristwatch with a second hand. The Viwa fit smart watch is a useless gimmick to part you of $47! Unless, you want it as a piece of costume jewelry.

Do NOT buy/NO refund
The VIWA Fit Smart Watch didn’t work at all from day one. Seller refused a full refund and only offered a small discount to keep the broken watch. Poor quality and terrible customer service. Avoid this product!

I bought the watch because they stated it monitors your glucose, and it doesn’t. It gives you the choice to change watch face but doesn’t change on the watch. Very disappointing the app and the watch

I cannot connect on this app as it says, please check your network but I have network. Trying also to restart but still encounter the same issue.

I cannot log in. What is happening? I’ve tried it earlier this evening but not it’s been telling me to check my network and i did check my network and restart my wifi and even restart my watch but nothing is happening, it kept on showing “please check network” everytime i push the log in. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
