If it didn’t fail to load the next media file about 5% of the time and require a force close and relaunch, it would be nearly perfect.

Destruction of a musical life

I had decades of a fantastic musical journeywith VLC.

Bug Report

Overall the app is okay. UI is decent. Need a search bar for music tracks on the songs list.

If I am listing to music then close the app and reopen it later, I can’t go to the next track. The arrow that usually does that only skips 10 seconds ahead on the song now.

The only fix is to go back to the song list and play another song. The next button works again after that until I stop using the app for a while. Restarting the app doesn’t fix it either

Half-done app

Apparently it's "not ready". All the video/audio/playlist tabs do NOT support local media files, even though you can browse Local Files in the Browse tab it does not support handling local files properly. It would be nice if the app would not crash when I am opening a local media file, and if I could create a playlist on-the-fly when I am listening to or watching local items and I could just add them to playlists of my choice.
Do you have any plans of completing the implementations or will the app remain just half-ready? The afore mentioned video and audio tabs do not even have options to browse for media so non-sense to have these tabs any way.
