VMS is a secure and efficient Visitor Management Application designed for both Commercial and Residential Societies. It allows society members to invite visitors at their convenience and ensures a smooth check-in process for visitors with proper approval. Key Features: * Effortless visitor invitations for specific dates and times. * Real-time approval and visitor check-in tracking. * Secure and streamlined visitor management for societies. How to Use the App: 1. Open the App: Launch the app on your device. 2. Access the Portal: Tap the "Continue to App" button on the home screen. 3. Visit the Web Portal: The app will redirect you to our secure web portal in your mobile browser. 4. Log In and Manage Visitors: * After Logging in, go to "Add Invitation." * Enter all the required details like start time, end time, email, mobile, etc. * The invited person will receive an email with an invitation link. Upon clicking the link, their photo and signature will be captured and saved. * After completing these steps, the person will be verified at the reception desk and allowed or rejected based on the provided details. Important Note: * Currently, the app redirects you to our web portal via your mobile browser. We are actively working on enhancing the experience by implementing app-native features directly within the platform.
