It doesn’t let me log in at all invalid credentials and denies to open at times

Please synch your mobile with online database. Logins work on online but not mobile.
Won’t let me sign in
I keep getting an error message , wrong sign on but it’s the correct one. When I sign in online with the same credentials it works. So something is wrong with the app.
Unreliable
Had issues multiple times where PT & OT visits are missing while showing some but not others. Had to call in and verified missing visits were indeed scheduled.
Please add face ID so we don’t have to enter a password every time.
Please change the name of the app to VNS something so when you search for the app on the phone (not the App Store) it can be found.

Unable to register
On the iPhone , clicking “Register” brings up message “403 Forbidden”. On iPad, keypad permanently blocks “Register” link. I have deleted and reinstalled the 4 times.
