Issues with vacation settings
Unable to set vacation times for alarm since the beginning of the year.
Shows “not connected”- App and Hardware not in sync
Set up the first time in 2019 was shaky. When I moved it and updated to a Eero Mesh, I was able to reset and re-connect it. However, my app still shows that the unit is connected to my old network (unplugged and inactive) and refuses to update the Vobot clock’s firmware. I know the Vobot is genuinely connected and the set up with Alexa is verified. For some reason, the App itself is holding residual information from the prior settings and will not update the clock’s FW

Doesn’t connect to the clock
We have been through the steps over and over and this app does not connect to the clock beyond step one setup mode. We have a very sad little girl over here whose bunny clock does not work properly.
App doesn’t connect to clock
I was very excited about this clock and so was my son, since he loves our echo. But it’s been a very big disappointment. The app will NOT connect to the clock. When the clock is off, the app will search for the clock and attempt to connect. Once the clock is set up to connect, the app crashes. Based on reviews, I see that this has happened to others but it seems the company does not care enough to fix this bug. Which means, this clock is not worth the money. Don’t bother buying it because you might get plagued with the same issue and no one from this company will help.

Doesn’t work with my mesh network
Straight up broken app, can’t get it to connect to the device at all.
