Eu baixei o aplicativo pelos vídeos dele falando em português e corrigindo o inglês do aluno, porém não é bem assim, ele só fala em inglês, já fiz de tudo pra ele falar português e nada, não é um aplica barato, pra ser tão difícil a configuração e eu não fui a única, a não conseguir que ele falasse minha língua nativa , me senti lesada, é muito decepcionada, pelos vídeos ele parecia ser um aplicativo incrível

very bad experience

"I really hate this app – it's so immature. There's no customer service, and no one replies to emails. I paid for a membership, but I see that other users have real-time subtitles during chats, while I don't. I've asked the AI for solutions, but nothing works. This app is too niche and poorly made.

Also, I subscribed on my iPad using my Google account email, but when I log in on my phone, it prompts me to pay again. Why is that? Do I have to pay twice? I really don't understand their logic – it seems like they're restricting me to only using it on the iPad. It's so frustrating.

I'm a paying user, but I haven't gotten the rights I deserve, and it's just made me feel terrible."

Subtitles are supported in Classic Mode. Phones and iPads need to be logged into the same Apple ID to share membership benefits.

Gespräche ohne Wortschatz?

Wie soll ich Gespräche führen, wenn mir nicht mal ein Wortschatz beigebracht wird? Und wenn ich mal Wörter beigebracht bekommen soll, redet zwar der Avatar, aber ohne Ton. Einfach schlecht, tut mir leid.

Wrongful charges and denied refunds(乱扣费和拒绝退款)

The app promises a 3-day free trial prior to charging, but money was taken right after I started the trial. My App Store refund request got rejected. Apple Support referred me to the developer, who said they cannot handle refunds and sent me back to Apple.

Not like what we see online

I saw where a lady was having nice conversations but also getting corrected by the Voca AI. However, the Tutor mode makes you repeat words continuously and also sometimes mispronounces words. Imagine saying the word « nie » as near with is meant to be pronounced as « nii » which means never. And a lot more other mispronounciation. I don’t even know how to progress with the app. You ask for sentences and they just repeating words.

Korean Pronunciation very bad

This app should be for speaking and listening to foreign languages. Seems that the app only works in English as the language for the ‘Tutor’ and it also pronounces the words as if they would be American English. For Korean this is really annoying and you will not gain a benefit rather get a total odd pronunciation. The vocals are pronounced in an American way and simple pronunciation rules are not used. As an Example 맑디 is pronounced ‘malkda’ … if you know you know. USELESS for learning new things and pronunciation. I paid money for getting totally wrong advice!

Katastrophe als Anfänger

Alle Erklärungen erfolgen in der Zielsprache und nicht in der Muttersprache. Man kann der KI zwar sagen, dass sie es in der Muttersprache erklären soll, dies wir nach einer Erklärung aber direkt wieder vergessen und alle weiteren Erklärungen erfolgen in der zu erlernenden Sprache…als Anfänger leider komplett unverständlich. Direkt wieder deinstalliert…schade um das Geld!

I was told the app wouldn’t require loads of edits this time, since all I want to do is retell stories! But this thing is ridiculously rigid and obsesses over nonstop corrections no matter what. I spent my money on this platform not to get nitpicked endlessly over revisions — I just wanted a practice partner to work on my story retelling skills! This app is absolutely infuriating, it’s been driving me up the wall nonstop. I’m totally sick and tired of this nonsense, I loathe it so much!

O aplicativo pela propaganda parece ser MARAVILHOSA, mas, quem nao tem dinheiro e quer começar é muito ruim. Pois eles “OBRIGAM” a pagar para utilizar o aplicativo, sendo que, eles poderiam sim fazer uma forma gratuita para que possamos usar sem pagar.

Qual o sentido forçar em realizar assinatura pra um produto que o usuário nem sabe se funciona direito? Baixei com o objetivo de testar e se gostasse e atendesse minhas necessidades, faria minha assinatura imediatamente. Infelizmente perderam um cliente por ânsia de querer vender logo.
