Lock out so many customers bad business
I used this app and liked it until they locked out myself and many ppl I know , Not many of us can afford a new devise that will upgrade to 16.0 this update was done without any concern for a mass number of credit union customers it is beyond frustrating for so many and what seems like a demand to buy a new devise that can access this app , I don’t understand why apple won’t give us an update on our current devises either seems like that would solve so many problems here.

Cant remember my password!
My biggest complaint is the password requirements are too much, makes for a password i cant remember and also does not actually provide more protection.
V. 3.10 incompatible with my iPad & old version is dead!
Like a lot of contractors who get paid by the month and have no ownership stake in the product the developers of this app don’t care if it hurts the credit unions business by locking out thousands of customers who don’t have the latest hardware like me. They could easily make it compatible with older devices or allow the most recent version that is compatible to still be used but that would require more work and they would not get paid more for that so they have opted to be lazy scammers and lock out a huge percentage of our members. This hurts individual members but also hurts the credit union and don’t forget as members we own the credit union so they are taking money out of our pockets while making our lives more difficult because they’re cheap lazy scum bags.

Why do they require supplemental information?
Made a mobile deposit to my checking as I have repeated times with my national bank. It was declined. It was due to the fact i Hadn't included “For Vocality Mobile Deposit Only”. on the endorsement. Why would a two location bank need stricter controls on transactions? One would think just the opposite. This was time sensitive. Hopefully it hits in time.

Way more user friendly than PayPal app. I have a check sitting in PayPal, I linked my credit Union after multiple tries, they did their two small deposits to make sure it was my bank. I verified. Money still not deposited. Meanwhile my other sister mailed me a check, got it today, deposited through the app. Done. Now how to get my money out of PayPal. 🥵
