No dark mode
The lack of dark mode on a paging app is disappointing. Pages can come at all hours and waking up to a bright screen is not fun.

Boy, do I love it when I get paged in the middle of the night to have this app flashbang me! It desperately needs a dark mode and the fact that there isn’t one already is insane.
Overall Low Productivity App
Lack of refinement in its main job which is notification. Objectively worse experience than dealing with a physical pager or work phone. Messaging is very limited and at times frustrating due to beta-like bugs in the functionality.
Not liking this app at all
Extremely loud and keeps ringing continuously. As a surgeon this app is not suitable for my field
We need a dark mode.
How is it that in this day and age an app for people that work nights doesn't have a dark mode.
