Absolutely sick of Vodafone, cannot wait for this contract to end! Sadly it has only just began!!
Not getting back to me when Vodafone said they would!
After complaining about the coverage in my house. I was told Openreach would look at the issue and Vodaphone would get back to me two days later. They have not plus my coverage has not improved.
I’m tied in to my deal but it doesn’t give me what I was promised. Totally disillusioned with Vodaphone and would advise anyone to look elsewhere for an internet provider. Never had this issue with my previous broadband suppliers.

I’ve been trying for hours to connect my laptop top. It connected the first day but will not reconnect again

The app never works it always struggles to connect with the WiFi it’s a shame because it would be useful to manage the WiFi connection that my kids use and be able to turn it off at certain times. I don’t rate the app. Doesn’t work for me.

Provides no useable data. Does not show individual boosters, what their status is or signal. No help in positioning to set up.

It’s constantly not connecting, needing to be reset. Joined Vodafone internet cause it was a decent price, but would much rather pay more and have a decent connection. One of our TVs won’t connect to it at all. It’s so frustrating

Drops connection most evenings. Currently been off for over an hour but you can’t use Vodafone app unless connected to the internet so can’t report or resolve it. Useless system

Very little pint to the app, does very little and takes up space on phone or tablet.
Absolutely useless
Shocking WiFi in the house with three boosters one on each floor. And this is the super fast version. Was told last time on the phone to customer services they do not guarantee WiFi within the house only to the router. Had virgin before this thinking this was an upgrade. Virgin worked perfectly at the top of the house with no boosters.

Vodafone have been very good help and reliable in difficult times, good support in the Harrogate office and advice.

Pro 3 is terrible
Upgraded from pro 2 to pro 3, had nothing but problems. Constant drops , incompatibility, extenders dropping . Don’t do pro 3

I’m in the middle of a gaming session and have been kicked off my game nit happy
