Rubbish
So many problems with low speeds. Vodafone unwilling to help but just keep sending engineer after engineer. Have raised a complaint. You seriously need to up your game with customer service and answer complaints in a timely manner. If I could give -10 stars I would.
User unfriendly app
Disappointing app unreliable service. Unable to fix basic network issues with the app. Needs serious improvement to be even of little use
Rubbish
Moved from EE. Asked to take my landline number with me which they said was done, now don’t have a landline number at all as they don’t migrate it. Can’t add it on as I need to cancel contract and take a new one out with an increased cost. Signal drops off couple of times a day. Can’t get signal upstairs in house Got 3 boosters that don’t do anything and have to reset them every day and they are near the router. I am stuck in this contract for 24 months which I am regretting big time… Avoid at all costs

Broadband App
Had this app installed now for a few months and so far I haven’t had and issues with it. Tells me if there’s outages and any issues that are going on in the house. Only real improvement would stability as it does crash quite a bit when using it to look at stuff and change setting etc but other than that it’s pretty good
