Bad application
Unfortunately, it is one of the worst applications compared to other applications. It does not work well and is always closed, especially on weekends. Please solve the problem of this application.

Recharge not credited and no refund
I availed of the free SIM card during the World Cup. I recharged by $20 for 1 week of data. The data didn’t activate and when I contacted customer car chat not I was told I needed to prove I purchased the recharge by sharing my cc statement. When I received my cc statement a few weeks later I asked the same chat not for a refund and was told I needed to provide the statement on the same day 🤷♂️ and there was nothing more they could do. Very disappointed with the customer service and no data being provided.
