Useless Rubbish

Randomly blocks speed tests ? Probably to hide how poor their WiFi 7 router is. Absolutely shameful and should not be sold

keeps blocking legitimate work

Hard to use when secure net decides legitimate web apps are security threats. Trying to find a whitelist is nearly impossible. Poor app design

Ok

Great that it protects my network, but what is the point of a notification and then not being able to review it and its impact.
Update. Now get notification with what the attempt was but still no detail in the app just high level number. Need which device the attempt was made on, even if it is just the IP address and the malware. So I can investigate more

Excellent app

Highly recommended

Unreliable

The app is unreliable. It doesn’t always stick to the times that have been set for restrictions. None of the functions work every time. Really not impressed.

Brilliant service

Secure net

Very good

Don’t use this service!

It’s so bad, it incorrectly adds legitimate websites to ‘block’ or adds suspicious, harmful, sensitive and incorrect information (not even proper website addresses) to ‘allow’ - on its own, without even notifying you and giving you the option to decline or accept each time which would solve the problem!
As a result, you have to keep checking what is allowed or blocked and manually delete as appropriate.
It actually makes things less safe not more secure, completely contradictory! I asked Vodafone and they have no answer, unbelievable!!
Use a better provider that also doesn’t charge £2 monthly, absolute rip-off as a Vodafone customer…

Vodafone Secure Net

Brilliant stay safe Vodafone Secure Net is the best protection I’ve used Vodafone Secure Net for years it’s brilliant

Disabling a website

It’s the most unhelpful site for requesting a service

Badly rushed app

I don’t think they have a testing and quality control team. The UI features incorrect warnings and disconnected information. Cannot speak to team as no contact info on contact page.

Not great

The controls don’t work. Customer service completely clueless. Quite disappointed to say the least

Scam

Can you explain how did you managed to block a some scammy threat on some Iphone 5 when no one in a household has it? This app is simply fake

Apps

I went on the pets at home app and then a message from Vodafone saying-secure net has blocked petsathomefriendsandfamily. Com as it is known for malicious activity. I’ve had the pet at home apps for years and this is the first time this has happened.

Why MAC address?

Firstly, I find it frustrating that this functionality sits in a separate app to my existing Vodafone Broadband app. Coming from an ASUS system which houses all the functionality in once place, two apps seems unnecessary.

But my biggest gripe is the App’s insistence that I identify devices using their MAC address. All too often, the easiest way to identify my devices is via its IP address but this app won’t let me do that. Worse, despite having over 50 connected devices, only about half seem to show up. Ultimately, I have been unable to identify all of the devices used by my family making this app rather pointless.

Inconsistent

Was an App that basically didn’t work on the latest iPhones until recently, but seems to have been revived from life support. Cautiously optimistic

Blocks AirPlay

Generate rubbish, blocks necessary traffic on my home network including Apple AirPlay

Secure net ?

An app that’s called Secure Net which is automatically applied to an upgrade which is only free for a limited period after which you pay for so to remove it the App tells you that you can’t actually remove it from the App but must go to the Vodafone online account what a waste of time

Child device list missing

The latest update no longer shows the list of devices assigned to each child, so this cannot be edited, please fix
