Been few days since I bought the subscription. Works on web, but unable to sign in on app.

I’ve seen multiple reviews from months ago and this has still not been fixed. I am not able to sign in because when you click off the app to check the otp, the app refreshes. So it’s an endless cycle of being unable to sign up/ sign in. How should I check on my subscription?! Awful UI, didn’t expect this from The Vogue app.

Unable to sign into my account through the app
The app doesn’t let me sign into my account! It signs in properly on the web browser. What’s the point of having a digital magazine subscription if I can’t use the app!? Please look into this
