Lost All Books Purchased

I am unable to access my books that I purchased when this app first came out. It does not have the restore purchases function even available. I have tried contacting Customer Service, but that is useless.
It does not allow me to register or login. It just seems to spin constantly. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Don’t purchase any books here

I can no longer access any books I bought on the app. This equates to theft and neither Vogue Knitting nor the iTunes App Store are doing anything about it. There isn’t isn’t a way to log in or contact support. Those links don’t work.

Apple should be ashamed for offering this. A total ripoff

I purchased all magazines and books for years. Then they upgrade the apps and all is lost and I can’t get them back. No information on who to contact or what to do. A complete sham. I have unsubscribed and recommend anyone from purchasing these apps from Vogue Knitting.

Absolutely useless, do not buy

I bought a number of books from this app via ITunes, they were quite expensive too.
Now, since I stopped subscription to Voque Knitting magazines, the books in this app, Voque Knitting Booms have all disappeared.
The same with the Voque Knitting magazines, several years worth of knitting magazine have disappeared, it kept saying that they need to be repurchased.
There must be a law against this thieving of paid items.
