Lost All Books Purchased
I am unable to access my books that I purchased when this app first came out. It does not have the restore purchases function even available. I have tried contacting Customer Service, but that is useless.
It does not allow me to register or login. It just seems to spin constantly. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Don’t purchase any books here
I can no longer access any books I bought on the app. This equates to theft and neither Vogue Knitting nor the iTunes App Store are doing anything about it. There isn’t isn’t a way to log in or contact support. Those links don’t work.
Apple should be ashamed for offering this. A total ripoff
I purchased all magazines and books for years. Then they upgrade the apps and all is lost and I can’t get them back. No information on who to contact or what to do. A complete sham. I have unsubscribed and recommend anyone from purchasing these apps from Vogue Knitting.
Absolutely useless, do not buy
I bought a number of books from this app via ITunes, they were quite expensive too.
Now, since I stopped subscription to Voque Knitting magazines, the books in this app, Voque Knitting Booms have all disappeared.
The same with the Voque Knitting magazines, several years worth of knitting magazine have disappeared, it kept saying that they need to be repurchased.
There must be a law against this thieving of paid items.

Remove this app from the App Store
I purchased numerous books through this app some time ago & now have access to none of them. The app does not let you login. It does not let you register either. The app does not work at all. It is ridiculous to keep allowing this app to be in the App Store when it does not work AT ALL. What a waste of over $100 in book purchases.

Cannot retrieve or find any of my purchases ...absolute rip off
I lost hundreds of dollars
I have bought all the books available from SoHo, including the ones published on the app magazine, back in 2011. When the book app was created, it took them months to restore my purchases. I tried opening the app again last week, in the hope it was working, to find I can’t even try to restore my purchases. I tried contacting them, but it was in vain.
The company attitude towards this matter is not only illegal, but immoral. I won’t purchase anything from them anymore or refer them to anyone. What a way to damage what was once a respectable brand.

Terrible! I upgraded my phone and was unable to regain my apps. After downloading the app. again, I was hoping to restore all of my past purchases but I’m not even allowed to log in or register.
Impossible to Downloads!
I don’t understand why I can not Download alter changent for a new I pad . I hard some Books that I purchase before , can’t se them. VK mittens & gloves/ VK ultimate hat book / and 60 Quick luxuriance Knits .

I’ve bought several books in this app and they are now no longer available. These books cost a lot - how can I access them?

Cannot See Books
I’ve purchased three books and can no longer see them. There is no log icon, no Downloaded icon, and no settings icon. There is no functioning ‘restore purchases’ option, either.
Waste of time and money
I have had this app for some time and purchased books - and they were not cheap. There have been no updates for a long time and the books have been slowly disappearing from the app and will not download again. Feeling ripped off!
Extremely disappointing
I purchased about 10 books several years ago but there have been no new books in years. It asks me to register for new updates but does not accept my details. Then the app crashed and I tried a few troubleshooting steps including deleting and reinstalling the app and my books have disappeared completely and there is no option for me to contact help desk. I’ve tried troubleshooting it myself to no avail. Looks like VK have given up on this app. I want a refund on my purchases so I can buy my books as hard copies.

App Should be Removed
This app should not be used. I cannot get access to the books I’ve purchased. Am going to seek a remedy through my credit card company. I cannot get help from Vogue or Apple. Apple says it’s Vogue’s problem. Vogue does not reply to emails.
Where are my magazines?
I had a very old version of this app and tried to update it. Now I can’t see any of my owned magazines, in fact it seems to demand a subscription just to look at anything. I had 3 of the Crochet issues which haven’t been produced in a long time. I don’t know how to knit
Dissatisfied user
Something has changed over the past year. I can no longer log in to the app. And all the issues that I’ve purchased digitally are gone. I can’t find the subscription number because the Magazines I’ve bought throughout the years were in plastic and so the numbers went in the trash. I haven’t used the paper mailings because I resubscribed via the Internet. So here we are I can’t understand how SoHo has lost all evidence of my past dealings with them...

Very Disappointed
You get the covers and nothing else. A small collage of pictures of the main patterns would not hurt to preview if you want to purchase that copy. I'd probably buy more this way. At present I could purchase 4 books and not like anything in any of them, and my money is wasted.
Crashes and Lost Previous Purchases
I originally purchased two books on the Vogue Knitting app, and now I can't open them in either app. That was money wasted. Vogue Knitting Books app keeps crashing.
