Would Not Process my Video(es)
As someone who cannot afford CapCut’s voice isolation feature, I was excited to see an app that could supposedly do it for me, free of charge. However, I am still searching for a decent app that can do so. This app continuously showed me an import error for my video, regardless of the length, date, etc. No matter what I did to try and fix this issue— Ex. closed out of the app and restarted my phone— it still showed this error.
I guess, for now, I’ll just keep searching for an app that can complete the function I want smoothly.

Thank you for the detail — this was on us, not you. The likely cause: videos stored in iCloud failed to download, and the app showed one generic "Import error" for everything with no retry. That's why nothing you tried helped. Version 1.4 fixes it — iCloud videos now download with a progress bar and retry automatically, and errors finally say what actually went wrong. Cleaning is free at 3 clips a day, up to 60 seconds each. If it still fails after updating, email support@bulpara.com and we'll look at it directly.
