Hindi ako natutuwa! Hindi ko na mabawi ang chinarge sa akin. Di naman intentional ang subscription. Magtatrial lang sana ako, annual subscription pala ‘yon. Tsaka pag ginagamit ko and matagal ang recording nagha-hang. Eh di hindi ko ma-save ngayon ang recording, eh di nasayang lang ngayon.

下載來試用weekly premium，結果就「自動訂閱」每週扣款，下載一個月期間，總共被扣款1160元，差不多是訂半年的金額了，重點是完全不好用，無論是語言辨識、專有名詞辨識、語言轉換辨識還是作業速度都很差勁👎，只開了試用1次它跑了一半直接當機後，我就完全忘記有這個app的存在，直到查手機錢包帳單才發現被扣款了四次，這種賺錢方式真是了不起！

I am a child from an abusive family. I create my testimonies on my voice memo and I wanted to transcribe them but it comes behind a paywall because I wanted to transcribe my audio recordings explaining what happened. I am a teenager under 18 and I don’t have a credit card. I can’t accept the free trial because even if I tried. It still requires credidentals. This app didn’t even had a warning that it comes with a subscription to transcribe an audio recording.

僅在免費試用期限內試用一次，之後便未曾再使用過，沒想到卻自動扣款三次，請解除該筆帳款，Apple的進入App Store的app也無法申請退款，使用者付費合理，但沒使用卻硬要扣款就不合理了

因為臨時會議需要而緊急下載，結果錄音錄不完整，有錄到的部分也完全無法轉成文字檔。扣款週期是每週扣款，被扣了好幾個禮拜才發現。根本不能用，申請退款也沒有成功，真的很爛，千萬不要下載，退錢。
