Doesn’t work anymore
Used and enjoyed this app for a while. I just opened it today for the first time in a while to record some important thoughts I didn’t want to forget. I recorded for about 10 mins, clicked stop, clicked save as and named the file and clicked done. The file shows up as a 0 byte file and does not play. I tested it again with just a few seconds of audio in case the length was the problem. But when I save anything it’s just 0 bytes. You had one job!

Stopped working, no support
I’ve used this app for years, I even paid for it back in the day when it wasn’t subscription. The app won’t open anymore so I lost all my recordings, luckily I had it saved on my cloud because it was synced. Look elsewhere!
Where is my recording
What happened to the recording! The name is there but no voice! This is unacceptable!
Customer support non existent
I was happy with the recording quality of the app but the backup function did not work and, what is worse, there is no way to contact customer support. They do not respond to emails, and the websites contact form leads to an error message. Use something else for important calls
