Customer support non existent
I was happy with the recording quality of the app but the backup function did not work and, what is worse, there is no way to contact customer support. They do not respond to emails, and the websites contact form leads to an error message. Use something else for important calls

Amazing app. Very useful and convenient. Kudos to the developers.
Inappropriate ads
The record and playback functions work well. To get a text transcript, you have to pay a fee. The biggest issue is playback shows inappropriate ads with scantily clad people. No other app or browser gives me these types of ads, because I stay away from that type of content. There is no way to say I don’t like this type of ad, or this ad is offensive. For this reason, I’m going elsewhere for a recorder

It’s free for basic recordings.
Glitchy editing
This records fine but you’re better off using the free recorder with the iPhone memo. Try trimming a recording in this app and it will randomly edit the recording rather than what you have selected. Straight up garbage
No longer works
I have been using this app for many years and always loved it until recently. Now, it’s filled with ads and the recordings will not pick up voices at all. It’s not my device because every other app can pick up voice.
Great app and easy to use
This is a great recorder app with a nice look that reminds you of old tape recorders that you can see in old movies. Saving and organizing files is so east and efficient too.
Pornography
Love the app. Simple to use. Will be looking for something else. The app allows pornographic adds to display on screen while using the app. I will not tolerate.
Not reliable
I am finding that after a few months of using this, it is not reliable to transfer the files. There seems to be more and more Bugs.

Love this app, but hate the ads. They are very sexualized and it’s disturbing.

Restricting for no reason
I conduct business and record calls at times for notetaking and summary this app consistently guards what it will and will not do example. I just had a call where I’m talking about mining and minerals. I wanted to summarize the call and it told me it could not do it because it’s talking about mining and minerals, which is ridiculous. This is just one example. I would advise to stay away from this app and I requesting my money back because it’s useless at this point.

Best video tape recorder for phones the pause and continue action is what I fell in love with best app for anything I’m using it to remember directions to take
