Scam - use anything else

I cancelled the subscription after the trial, because the app is bad. The recordings are incomplete, have random skips and the transcripts are no where close to being accurate.
I was then charged for the subscription when everything suggests it’s cancelled.

I stupidly wrote a review because I was upset that it didn’t work

This really helps me make my videos into audio recordings for sampling so 10/10 worth the money, I wasn’t gonna update this but they sent me an email and I felt bad soooo

TERRIBLE

The usual scan tactic with this app . takes you through loads of Settings and then present you with a page we have to pay to use the service and of course it’s outrageously expensive fee considering most people just use this for chopping files which you can do for free online and with other apps. Useless rubbish

Ruined my evidence

I needed this important conversation and I pushed record but went to my notes to be able to make sure I didn’t forget anything. After all was done and over I checked to see if the recoding sounded good and there was nothing there! This was terrible!!

Useful on the Go

Two useless updates in a row

I purchased a subscription that I’ve lost weeks of due to 2 updates in a row that are atrociously bad, when nothing seemed wrong before. I wrote to support describing the problem clearly and completely, and they *asked me to describe the problem*. I’ve waited for a response to two more emails I sent them, nothing. So my subscription is useless. Do they not test these updates? The app was just fine before! Now the voices are worse than robotic. I basically threw my money away.

Unusable

I had the free trial so thought I would get use out of recording guitar and singing parts, too simple to do anything useful and if you try and send it on anywhere else in any sort of format it won’t let you, it’ll send but without any audio. Many thanks for making a pointless app and trying to get people to pay for it
