Great app for doctors
I have been using this app to do my medical dictation for past three years and by far the best I have found after moving from dragon. The Support is amazing I’m able to get in touch with them within minutes. I’m able to dictate my notes on the go with this and this app has been a game changer for medical dictation.

Great app to pair with desktop, I like how I am able to do notes and billing mostly within Voice box.

Poor , poor
I have previously used Dragon, fluency 3 m system for my Dictation needs. I signed up for the trial they make you force to add a payment as automatic renewal. I did not like it and stopped using it within a day, but forgot to cancel the automatic subscription. It’s impossible to reach out any human being to talk in this team. Reply for the emails are generic and they want to keep your money. Poor service plus poor customer service.
Phone line says a generic message that due to Covid. They don’t reply on the phone.(Covid was five years ago.)
Stay away , it’s not worth the hassle.

Game changer
I’ve been using the desktop app for far too long and have never realized they have a mobile app too. it’s definitely a game changer, especially the comprehension capability to take doctor-patient interaction and converting into a note.
Best among the bunch
Been using VoiceboxMD for a few weeks now. It’s not perfect but honestly it does what I need most of the time. The dictation is fairly accurate, especially with medical terms, which was a surprise. Sometimes it misses a few words or punctuation, but I just fix that quick before saving.
I like that I can just speak and not have to type everything out after a long day. Support responded when I had a question about login, which was good. Still figuring out all the features but it’s already helped me save time with notes. Worth trying if you’re tired of typing all the time.

Zero response from company
I’m a physician running a busy practice. I started a 7 day trial for VoiceBoxMD. I initially scheduled a Q&A session via their website but was then told they couldn’t meet up at the time they listed as available on their scheduling tool. I received one email from the company and responded with several questions. No response. I tried to use the chat function for support on their website. No response. I tried using the software to little avail for 6 days and then cancelled. I never received a response at all. I suspect this company has or is closing. I’ve never written a negative review in my life, but steer clear.

Not for Mac using Microsoft Remote Desktop
Absolutely terrible experience. Shame on me for not cancelling sooner. Gave them too months while they kept saying they were working on it. They would try and we did several phone technical support calls. Would be told I’d get a call back when it didn’t work, and usually did not. It would work on the Mac, but as soon as you tried to use Nextech thru Microsoft Remote Desktop. It was slow when it did work on the Mac in a word document, but was pretty accurate for medical terms.

Transcription made easy
This app works flawlessly and has inbuilt all the desired requirements for a hassle free medical transcription. Easier for dictation for all types of notes. Can use the iPhone microphone for dictation.
Little buggy but useful
Been using it for a while now. It needs to auto save notes. Otherwise it gets the job done. Recognition is better than Siri for medical terms.
