Poor customer service
Folks, be very cautious with this company. I signed up for a a yearly delivery pass for $100 + tax, got a couple of deliveries, then they disabled my account without notice or explanation, but didn’t cancel/refund my delivery pass. I had to call customer service and only ended up getting a partial refund. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sobeys and Farm Boy for years. They broke this loyalty. Be very weary is my advice.

Some design problems
Some design problems, not meeting customer need, and some execution problems around hand-offs to e.g. webpages for re-login, with failed coding for some aspects of security measures. Overall, gets the job done if you can stay patient with a certain lazy clumsiness in the backwater parts of the app.

I’m finding that more and more frequently the items I order regularly are not available.

Je commande depuis 2020 et j’ai tenté ailleurs mais ce n’était pas aussi facile. Je recommande la commande en ligne, le service de livraison est courtois, à l’heure et tout y est. Il faut vérifier certains items, comme le yogourt qui n’est pas la bonne sorte mais autrement, tout est parfait.

There are too many extra screens when checking out: Are you running out?!?; You might be interested!; Flash Sale!; etc., etc..
One is fair to boost your sales, two is excessive, more and I want to delete the app and stop ordering from you.

A huge help for seniors or disabled!
We have used Voila for our main grocery shopping for several years. With Voila, I am able to comfortably browse products, compare unit prices, and often check nutritional information and country of origin. Drivers are unfailingly considerate and efficient. As a disabled senior, I am never charged for delivery. Prices are sometimes higher than discount stores but the convenience, product range, assistance and service are definitely worth a little extra.

Too basic, might as well use the website
This app needs a lot of work. Absolutely needs Face ID. Hassle to have to log in every time AND provide a code sent through email.
It needs to have a separate section for our Scene+ offers, up front and clear, like the IGA app does.
As for Voila itself, it is unfortunate that we can’t use IGA Scene+ offers when we can’t order from IGA and are forced to go through Voila only to find the offers don’t apply there. Voila offers are so meagre and basic.

The drivers are usually super polite. Sometimes though Voila
will just drop a favourite product for no reason, meaning a trip to the store to get it - which defeats the purpose. Product suggestions for brands they already carry are ignored (for example if you want a popular flavour of a brand that does well in other stores, forget it).

Best Groceries Best delivery service. Each encounter with an employee is always pleasing and satisfying. I will definitely recommend everyone to shop online with Voila because all the produce is fresh and wealth it. Especially if you have a busy schedule but still want to eat right
Service gone down
The app and service are good when they work, but there’s a lot of improvement needed like reducing the amount of steps to check out Three screens to suggest items is ridiculous. One is good enough. They said they offer same-day delivery but I can’t even get next day delivery anymore. Also should not get annoying banners in app for a subscription I already have
